AddEvent v2.2 | New RSVP Builder

We’ve released a major update to AddEvent’s RSVP tools, making it faster to create polished, reusable RSVP experiences across events, teams, and brands.

RSVPs are now more flexible and modular. Instead of rebuilding the same setup for every event, you can create and reuse key RSVP components, including form fields, notification flows, and email design templates. This makes it easier to standardize event workflows while still tailoring each RSVP experience to the right audience, brand, or use case.

What’s New

Reusable RSVP Components

RSVP creation is now structured around reusable components: RSVP forms, Notification flows, and Email design templates. This gives teams more flexibility when creating RSVP experiences for different events.

Independent Notification Flows

Notification flows can now be configured separately from RSVP forms. You can control how many emails go out, what triggers them, when they are sent, and what content is included.

**Redesigned No-Code RSVP Email Builder **

The updated email builder gives you more control over RSVP email design, including branding, layout, and visual customization, without needing code.

**Support for Multiple Sender Domains **

Customers can add and manage multiple sender domains, making it easier to support different brands, teams, or event programs from one account.

More Flexible Sender Settings

You can now customize RSVP email sender settings with multiple sender domains, sender names, sender email addresses, and reply-to addresses.

Live Email Previews and Test Sends

You can now preview RSVP emails and send test emails before attendees receive them, helping teams review content and design before launch.

These updates help teams reduce repetitive setup work, improve brand consistency, and deliver a more polished RSVP experience for attendees. For organizations running multiple events, RSVP workflows can now become more scalable, repeatable, and easier to manage.
