AddEvent v2.4: RSVP Updates

This release focuses on two important places in the AddEvent dashboard: building RSVP forms and tracking who’s coming.

Redesigned attendee management page

• Cleaner table: Shows only your form’s fields, plus the date/time the attendee responded.
• Attendee column: A frozen attendee column makes it easy to scan through custom form field responses
• Attendee details view: Click any attendee to view and edit all their details in one place. No more pop-ups or tabs.
• Live search: Results filter and highlight as you type.
• Status filters: Refine your list view by Going, Maybe, or Can’t go.

Live RSVP form preview

• New: Creating or editing an RSVP form now shows a live preview next to the editor. Add, move, or rename a field and see the change instantly.

New RSVP form elements

• New: Text block. Add instructions anywhere, like “Enter your name exactly as it appears on your driver’s license.” Supports bold, italics, underline, lists, and hyperlinks.
• New: Divider. Add a horizontal line to split your form into sections.

Text blocks and dividers are display-only and don’t collect responses.
