Configure Data Capture

To anonymize the IP addresses, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your account at AddEvent.com
2. Click the account dropdown in the top right corner of the homepage
3. Click the Account option in the dropdown menu to navigate to your Account Page
4. Click Settings
5. Click the Data capture tab and then to disable the data capture toggle off "Anonymize IP addresses"

7. Click Save

If the user is inside EEA (European Union) the IP address is automatically anonymized
