Delete a User

To delete a user from your account, please follow the steps outlined in the Manage Account Users help doc.

Delete an Account

Deleting an account must be done by an AddEvent Support team member. To delete your account, please send an email to [email protected] and our support team will be happy to assist you.

Deleting an account is permanent and the event and calendar data cannot be retreived. Consider keeping your account on the free Hobby plan so you can come back to use it in the future.
