Delete an RSVP Attendee

This help doc explains how to remove an RSVP registrant from your RSVP attendees list directly within your account. Follow these steps to ensure the registrant is successfully removed from event's attendees list.

Deleting an RSVP Attendee from Your RSVP Event

To delete an RSVP registrant from your RSVP event, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Event details page.

    1. To navigate to your event details page, you can click on the RSVP event's title from the Dashboard.

  2. Click the See more link located on the right-hand side within the RSVP attendees section.

  3. Locate the attendee you want to delete from the list.

  4. Click the trash can icon next to the registrant that you want to delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window to permanently delete the registrant's RSVP attendee data.

Deleting a registrant will update your RSVP list, ensuring you have an accurate record of confirmed participants for your event.

This will also remove the registrant from receiving any further email notifications set for this RSVP event (via Notification flows).
