To apply a design template to a calendar, you'll need to navigate to the calendar details page.

1. Navigate to the calendar details page.

2. Scroll down to the Calendar Landing Page sharing method.

3. Click the design dropdown in the landing page sharing method section and select from the design templates you've already created. If you haven't created one yet, you can click + Create new design.
