How to Share Multiple Events at Once with Your Attendees
Do you have multiple events that you want to share with your attendees but would like to avoid having to share separate Add to Calendar links for each event? This is a perfect use case for a subscription calendar!
Instead of sharing multiple event links, you can create a calendar that includes all of those events. When you share the calendar's Follow Calendar link/button or the calendar's landing page, your attendees can subscribe with one click. This will automatically add all of the events included in the calendar to their personal calendar.
If you ever make changes or add future events to the same calendar, those updates or new events will automatically sync for any of your attendees that are already subscribed. No need to resend any links! Additionally, if you delete any events from the calendar, calendar syncs will reflect any event deletions as well.
