Export and Share RSVP Attendee Data
This help doc explains how to view who has added your event to their calendar and share your RSVP attendee list so your team can easily coordinate and ensure smooth event management. You can share the attendee list as a downloadable file or as a secure link so others can view it directly.
Option 1: Export RSVP Attendee Data
To download the list of attendees who have RSVP’d for an event, follow these steps:
- Go to the Event page for the event you’re managing.
- Scroll down to the RSVP and settings section.
- In this section, click on All attendees. This will display the full list of individuals who have RSVP’d for your event.
- Once you’re viewing the list of attendees, click Download to save the data.
- The attendee list will be downloaded as a .CSV file, which you can open with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for easy viewing and organization.
By following these steps, you’ll have a detailed list of all event attendees, accessible anytime you need it.
Option 2: Sharing the Attendee List with a URL
If you need to share attendee information without exporting it, you can use the attendee list URL to give others access:
To access the Attendee list URL from your Event page:
- Scroll to the RSVP and settings section.
- Click on the Notification tab.
The Attendees list URL will appear in this section. Share this link with individuals who are not on your AddEvent account but need access to the attendee information.
Refreshing the Attendee List URL for Temporary Access
If you want to limit access to the list for a specific time, you can refresh the link token. This action expires any previous links, ensuring that only the newly generated link remains valid. To refresh the token, click the refresh icon next to the URL.
By using either the exported .CSV file or the attendee list URL, you can effectively share RSVP information, allowing everyone involved in your event to stay organized and informed.
