Update your Payment Method

This help doc explains how to update your credit card details for AddEvent subscriptions.

Important Payment Information

  • Accepted Payment Methods: AddEvent accepts credit card payments for Small Business and Professional plans.
  • ACH Bank Transfer is only available for Enterprise plan customers. ACH and invoicing are not available for Small Business or Professional plans.

Steps to Update Your Credit Card Information

To update your payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account on AddEvent.com.
  2. Access Your Account Page: After signing in, open the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the website. Select Account Page from the options.
  1. Locate the Membership & Billing Section: Scroll down to find the Membership & Billing section on your account page.
  1. Change Card Details: Click the white Change Card button in the Membership & Billing section. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter your new credit card information.
  2. Save New Details: After entering your new credit card information, click Save to update your payment method.

Updating your credit card information will ensure that your subscription remains active and payments are processed without interruption.
