Embeddable Events List
This help doc explains how to include your upcoming events as an Embeddable Events List on your website.
An Embeddable Events List is a useful tool that displays your upcoming events on your website in a clean, organized format. It enhances the visibility of your events by providing a list that visitors can browse. Each event includes an Add to Calendar button, allowing users to add your events to their calendars directly. Additionally, users can click on individual events to view more details and RSVP if the feature is enabled.
How to Embed an Events List on Your Website

Click on the calendar's title from the Dashboard. You will be directed to the Calendar details page.

Scroll down to the Embeddable events list section.

Click the + icon to expand the Embeddable events list section.

Click the Customize + Share button. This will open the customization options where you can adjust the appearance and functionality of the events list to match your website’s style. You can preview the changes live on the page to see how it will look on your website.

Copy the Code: Once you are satisfied with your customizations, click the Show embed options button at the top right corner of the page.

Select the copy icon to the right of the Embed code option.

Paste the Code on Your Website: Paste the copied code into the desired location on your website where you want the events list to appear. You can place the code in any section of your site that supports embedding HTML.

Light, Dark, and Auto modes can be set for the Embeddable Events List.
Include/Exclude Elements
You can choose to include or exclude elements, or customize the following from your embedded events list:
- Add to Calendar buttons - These are the Add to Calendar buttons for individual events in the list.
- Follow Calendar button - This is the button to allow your audience to subscribe to the calendar from the embedded event list.
- Upcoming events/Month selector - Users can click through to past or future events by month and year.
- Event location
- Event time zone
- Event organizer - The organizer, by default, is the account's saved user name and email. To change it, edit the event.
- Event countdown - Includes the number of days until an event occurs.
- Event description - Brief description or longer, detailed description
- Time zone selector
Default view: Display only upcoming events or display events (past and upcoming) by month
Event link behavior: Open event links in a new window, or events are not clickable. If the events are clickable, users will be directed to the event landing page.
Time format: Choose between displaying event times in a 12 hour format or a 24 hour format.
Max number of events: This is the number of events that will display within the embedded event list (1-10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100).
Date/time language: Choose the language to apply to the date and time from the dropdown menu.
Labels: You can customize the language of the elements within the embeddable events list.
