How to Embed an Events List on Your Website

1. Access the Calendar Page: Go to your calendar details page and scroll down to the Embeddable events list section.
2. Click Customize + Share: This will open the customization options where you can adjust the appearance and functionality of the events list to match your website’s style. You can preview the changes live on the page to see how it will look on your website.
3. Copy the Code: Once you are satisfied with your customization, click the Show embed options at the top right corner of the page. Select the embed code option and it will copy the embed code.
4. Paste the Code on Your Website: Paste the copied code into the desired location on your website where you want the events list to appear. You can place the code in any section of your site that supports embedding HTML.

Customizations

Theme

Light, Dark, and Auto modes can be set for the embeddable events list.

Elements

You can include/remove or customize the following from your embedded event list:

• Add to calendar buttons - these are the add to calendar buttons for individual events in the list.
• Follow calendar button - this is the button to allow your audience to subscribe to the calendar from the embedded event list.
• Upcoming events/Month selector - users can click through to past or future events by month and year/
• Event location
• Event time zone
• Event organizer - the organizer, by default, is the account user name and email. To change it, edit the event.
• Event countdown - includes the number of days until an event occurs.
• Event description - brief description or long description
• Time zone selector

Default views:

• Upcoming events or view by month

Event link behavior:

• Opens in a new window, or events are not clickable. If the events are clickable, users will navigate to the event landing page.

Max number of events:

This is the number of events that will display within the embedded event list.

• 1-10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100

Date/time language:

• Choose the language to apply to the date and time from the dropdown menu.

Labels:

You can customize the language of the elements within the embeddable events list.
