How to Add an Event Image to an Existing Event

1. From the Dashboard, select the event's title that you want to add an event image to. You will be directed to the Event details page.

   1. Note: You can add an event image when creating a new event or by editing an existing event.

2. From the Event details page, click the ellipsis icon (...) located to the right of the event's title.

3. Select the Edit option.

   

4. Select the Set event image option located to the right of the page.

   

5. Click the New + button located on the top-right of the pop-up window and select the Image option.

   

6. Click the Upload an Image button and upload an image from your device.

   

7. Once the image is uploaded, click the Continue button.

8. From the following window, select the image you uploaded and click the Insert button.

   

9. Click the Save event button located at the bottom of the page. The uploaded image will display as a banner across your event landing page. See our solutions page here for examples.

How to Display Event Images on a Calendar Landing Page

By default, event images only display on individual event landing pages. If you want them to also appear on your calendar landing page, you’ll need to enable them in your calendar landing page design template settings. For instructions, follow the steps below:

1. From the Dashboard, select the Designs tab located on the left-hand navigation menu.

   

2. Select the Calendar landing pages option.

   

3. Edit an existing design by selecting it, or create a new design by clicking the + Create design button located on the top-right of the page.

   

4. Select the Page elements tab and check the box next to Event Images.

   

5. In the Preview on the right of the page, events with images will now show their event image on the calendar landing page within the "Upcoming events" section.

6. Click the Save design / Create design button to save your changes.

Where Event Images Appear

• Event Landing Pages – as a banner at the top of each event page.
• Calendar Landing Pages – as thumbnails within the "Upcoming events" section when enabled in design templates.
• Embeddable Calendar - as a banner in the event details pop-up.
