View and Download RSVP Attendee Lists

How to View and Download Your RSVP Attendees List

1. Click the RSVP event's title from the Dashboard. You will be directed to the Event details page.

2. Locate the RSVP attendees section located on the right-hand side of the event details page.

3. Click the See more link.

   

On the following RSVP attendees page, you can:

• View the full RSVP attendees list

• View each registrant's name, email, RSVP response, and timestamp

• Manually send an email to registrants

• Download the full RSVP attendee list as a .CSV file for record-keeping

  • To download a .CSV file of the attendees list, click the Download option here:

    

• Filter or search RSVPs (e.g., “Going”, “Not going”, or “Interested” responses)

  

• View analytics for the RSVP event

  

Locate RSVP Information on the Event Details Page

1. Click the RSVP event's title from the Dashboard. This will direct you to the Event details page.
2. On the right-hand side of the Event details page, you’ll see two sections related to your RSVP event:

RSVPs

The RSVPs section provides you with the following information:

• number of RSVP form fields

• number of attendee emails

• number of seats filled

• organizer notification setting (found in RSVP settings)

  

RSVP Attendees

The RSVP attendees section displays RSVP attendee details (registrant count for each response option), a link to view the RSVP attendees page, and a link to view Analytics about the RSVP event.
