Page Elements Tab: Event Landing Page Design Template

The Page Elements tab lets you control individual elements of your event landing page. You can turn elements on or off, adjust labels, images, and colors to align with your organization’s branding.

Below is a brief overview of each option within the Page elements tab:

Event Image

With the Event image option, you can enable or disable the event image from being displayed on the event landing page.

Note: You do not apply the event image within the design; it is applied on the Event details page for each event. To learn how to apply an event image, see our help doc here: Apply an Event Image

Event Title

With the Event title option, you can enable or disable the event title from being displayed.

Date/Time

With the Date/time option, you can do the following:

  • Enable or disable the date and time for your event.
  • Customize the language for the date and time.
  • Default language: English (United States)

Time Zone Selector

With the Timezone selector option, you can do the following:

  • Enable or disable the time zone selector.
  • Customize labels for translation into your preferred language.

Note: If the time zone selector is disabled, all times display in the event’s set time zone. Users cannot adjust the time zone to their local time zone on the landing page, but the event will save to their calendar based on the time zone they have set on the calendar service they use.

Social Sharing

With the Social sharing option, you can do the following:

  • Enable or disable social sharing options.
  • Customize labels for social sharing elements.

Description

With the Description option, you can do the following:

  • Enable or disable the event description.
  • Customize truncation length or turn truncation off entirely.
  • Edit the label of the "Read More" button when truncation is applied.

Add to Calendar Button

With the Add to Calendar button option, you can do the following:

  • Show or hide the Add to Calendar button.
  • Customize the button text (e.g., for translation purposes).

Location

With the Location option, you can show or hide the event location details.

Organizer

With the Organizer option, you can show or hide the event organizer's name and email address.
