Remove the Share Icon from Landing Pages

Edit or Create an Event or Calendar Landing Page Design

To remove the sharing icon from your landing pages, start by editing or creating an event or calendar landing page design template.

1. From the Dashboard, select the Designs tab located on the left-hand navigation menu (https://dashboard.addevent.com/designs).

   

2. Depending on whether you are sharing an event or a calendar, select either the Calendar landing pages or Event landing pages option:

   

3. Click the + Create design button located on the top-right of the page to create a new design, or click into an existing design to make edits.

   

Disable the Social Share Icon

In your design template, follow the steps below:

1. Select the Page Elements tab.

   

2. Scroll down to the Social Sharing option and uncheck the box to remove the social share icon from your landing page.

   

Save and Apply the Design Template

1. After finishing making your edits to the design, click the Save design / Create design button to save your updated or newly created design.

2. Navigate to the calendar or event details page by clicking the event's / calendar's title from the Dashboard.

3. With the Design dropdown, select the design template that you updated or created. Your design update will automatically save and be applied.

   

Following these steps will remove the social sharing icon from your event or calendar landing page, giving you control over how your content is shared.
