This help doc outlines the features and limits of each AddEvent plan: Hobby, Small Business, Professional, and Enterprise. Use this guide to determine the plan that best fits your needs.
Events & RSVPs
- Share events: Available on all plans.
- Collect RSVPs: Available on all plans.
- Event-adds/Add to Calendar clicks per usage period:
- Hobby: 100
- Small Business: 2,500
- Professional: 25,000
- Enterprise: Custom
- Number of RSVPs per usage period:
- Hobby: 20
- Small Business: 1,000
- Professional: 5,000
- Enterprise: Custom
- Recurring events and event series: Available on all plans except Hobby.
- Design templates for event landing pages: Available on all plans except Hobby.
- Custom RSVP forms and email reminders: Available on all plans except Hobby.
A usage period is the monthly cycle that tracks your account usage.
How it works:
- Starts on the day you create your account and resets on the same day each month.
- If you upgrade to a paid plan, the usage period resets to your new billing date.
- Example: If you create an account on January 10th, your usage period runs from January 10th to February 9th. If you upgrade on January 20th, the new usage period runs from January 20th to February 19th.

- Embeddable calendars: Available on all plans except Hobby.
- Subscription calendars: Available on all plans.

- Small Business: 10
- Professional: 50
- Enterprise: Custom
- Number of active calendar subscribers:
- Hobby: 20

- Collect information from calendar subscribers: Available on all plans except Hobby.
- Import and synchronize with external calendar/event feeds: Available on all plans except Hobby.
Dynamic events
